Welcome to Heritage Counseling! Tracey Pace, Bob Rosen, Edward Minor, Hollie Pryor, Scarlet Chancey, Teneka Gerido, Joseph Alderman, Cory Champer and Laura Thomas (please see bios) are our resident counselors. However, we also provide referrals for clients needing a more specialized level of care. We offer child, adolescent and family counseling, including parenting and marital issues. 


We are conveniently located in the heart of Rincon, Georgia.  We offer a limited number of evening/early morning and Saturday appointments to accommodate today’s busy families. Clients needing appointments for emergency situations will be seen as soon as reasonably possible, typically within 24 hours. Our staff is licensed by the State of Georgia and will strive to provide you with the highest quality of care. Rest assured that your information will be kept strictly confidential!

We currently accept most insurance plans; however, each therapist may only be contracted with some insurance companies.  When you schedule your appointment, please be sure to ask us if we take yours.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.


•You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.


•Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.


•If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
